Every year, a panel discussion brings together international experts to discuss a wide range of hot topics relating to the art market. The panel discussion is a core program item of the Art Week and a fixed point for the art-interested public.
This year the discussion will focus on NFT art, social movements and inclusion. What influences do NFTs have on the art market? Does this new digital medium facilitate access to art for collectors, curators, artists and viewers? How has the Viennese and international art scene changed as a result of digital and social movements in the last two years, and what still needs to be done to make the art world truly more inclusive and equitable?
Participants:
Jess Conatser, freelance curator, New York, initiator of #digitalartmonth
