Amina Handke live from the Blickle Raum Spiegelgasse
Amina Handke opted for a live video transmission from the Blickle Raum Spiegelgasse as part of the Vienna Art Week – the transmission was planned to take place in Palais Lobkowitz at the invitation of the Paintings Gallery of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. Due to the current pandemic measures, you can now watch the artist over the shoulder via multi-cam surround 4D live stream.
In this exceptional year, Amina Handke uses the Blickle Raum Spiegelgasse as a filming location and studio for the film adaptation of the play “Kaspar” (Peter Handke, 1967), in which her mother Libgart Schwarz takes the title role.
Take a look through the online keyhole. But be careful: “The artist is possibly present.”
As part of the Vienna Art Week the program is a cooperation between the Paintings Gallery of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and the Ursula Blickle Foundation.
