Open Studio Days 2025
8 & 9 NOV 2025
1-6 P.M.
We invite artists working in Vienna to submit their applications for participation in the Open Studio Days as part of VIENNA ART WEEK by April 30, 2025 at the latest. From all submissions the selected artists will open their studios to visitors on Saturday, November 8, and Sunday, November 9, 2025, between 1 PM and 6 PM.
Priority will be given to those who did not participate in the Open Studio Days last year.
This year’s expert jury – consisting of Ruba Katrib (Chief Curator and Director of Curatorial Affairs, MoMA PS1), Julienne Lorz (Curator and Professor, Expanded Museum Studies, University of Applied Arts Vienna), Işın Önol (Co-Curator, VIENNA ART WEEK; Director of Curatorial Research, School of Visual Arts, NYC), Robert Punkenhofer (Artistic Director, VIENNA ART WEEK) and Lorenz “eSeL” Seidler (Artist, Photographer, Communicator & Editor, eSeL.at) – will select artists from the submissions to participate in the Open Studio Days.
Submissions are possible from now until April 30, 2025. All artists will be informed by the end of May whether they have been selected to participate in the Open Studio Days.
